I'd guess I'd start out by saying I'm new, and that you are all welcome to it. What I write will be opinionated, and subjective. I do demand certain things of myself, so if I am going to put the time into writing it, I shall at least have the very basic knowledge of that subject, plus whatever else I can consume in my lunch hour. Don't expect tireless drivel about family life and what my dog looks like. That is conterproductive and counterintuitive. Commiting an act of crimethink is not something you take lightly.
In case you didn't get it from the above sentance, I'll occasionally talk about George Orwell's 1984. It's not a big thing for me, but I realize that Orwell, in writing 1984, truly created a work of prophetic fiction that makes me nervous. It is a masterful book, and a classic. If you haven't read it, I would suggest it to you, but not if you are looking for bubblegum for the mind. It's creepy, and the only one that wins in the end is BB.
I'd like to use this blog as a forum for thought, so please reply if you find an article interesting. I'd like to discuss it with other bloggers, if at all possible.
